Culinaria Fine Dining

After working to set up Culinaria all day last Monday and Tuesday, we got to reap the rewards last night with free admission and generous food and drink vouchers. It was lovely to return with my fellow food design students, while celebrating Louise’s birthday. Below is a video of the spectacularly talented Nicolas Decloedt putting together his vegetarian pièce de résistance!

The cabbage-based dish was divine. I was thrilled to see and taste such a high-calibre vegetarian dish. I took a look at his restaurant online where I found a seven or eight course menu, paired with natural wines for €55, but before I could book, I realised it was sold out until 2017!
